Today was an absolutely beautiful day.
I'm feeling a little thinner these days and guess what? It makes me want to get out and about....and shop.
So, the boys and I headed out to run some errands and ended up at OLD NAVY for a little shopping therapy. I felt so bad about making the boys shop with me on such a great day that I decided to take them for lunch in the park.
The boys have never been to this park with me before. I've always gone here for sessions, but never just to play. So, once we finished eating, Ty had to check everything out in great detail. He's very detail oriented. I don't know if I've told you that before. INTENSE. That's what he is most of the time. He went from one toy to the next exploring every detail.
The DINOSAUR ride-on toy, for instance, kept him busy for at least 5 minutes. He was fascinated by the huge teeth. His exact words were, "Mom, look!"... "What big teeth this dinosaur has!". Do you think he's been reading too many stories with wolves? Just curious...
at this point, I'm thinking he's getting so close to those teeth that he may just fall right over the edge...
then he remembers he's on a ride-on toy...
