I need some major help! I'm probably the last person on Earth to get an iPod, but I DO have one now. My mom bought one for my dad for Christmas and he never used it. So, by default, I got a new ipod! WOO HOO! My only problem is...I need some really cool music ideas to add to it. I need some WORKOUT songs! You know the kind I mean...really motivating, upbeat stuff that keeps you going hard when you want to quit.
This is where all you guys come in (especially you blog stalkers!). I want to see a complete CRAPLOAD of comments with song ideas. IMPRESS ME, people!
With all that being said, I'm a little late on my weekly weigh-in. But, the total for my 3 weeks on Nutrisystem is.....

well, I listen to a little of everything. a variety of classic rock, some Beatles, Prince, a variety of one hit wonders from the 80's and 90's, a little 3rd day, Lifehouse some guns and roses, and bon jovi is still hot. Love red hot chili peppers, smashing pumpkins, green day, garbage, no doubt, matchbox 20, barenaked ladies (all this stuff takes me back to high school)
I also like a little Harry Conick Jr. and Michael Buble. I a few other bands are on that I have not mentioned cause I cant think of the name right now.These may not be the kind that make you keep going when you want to quit, but its whats on my ipod and thats what I listen to when I am working out!

If you go to itunes click on music and the click on imix you can search work out mixes ( collections of workout songs) you don't have to buy the whole collection.
